1. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln. He worked with Pony League baseball, was a Cub Scout Master for Pack 118 at Chester-East Lincoln School and had served as judge of election in East Lincoln 11 on several occasions. He was a former member of the Retired Good Sam Camping Club. Mr. Comstock was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1946-1949, and was part of the occupation forces in Japan for 33 months. [754]
