2. Email from Leslie Breit; Jan 2004: “Samuel Thompson Chandler (Campbellsville’s Dr. S. T. Chandler) born to Horatio and Conney Chandler on Feb. 10, 1829. He was the nephew of Dorcas "Darky" Chandler who married Elijah Sanders. He kept a diary from 1849 to about 1854. His diary can be found in the following back issues of the Taylor Co Historical Society's publication, The Central Kentucky Researcher: Winter 1993, Spring 1994, Summer 1994, Fall 1994, Winter 1994, Spring 1995, Summer 1995, Fall 1995, Winter 1995, and Spring 1996.
