1. Living with this family in the 1930 US Census was Lucille Hoover, listed as neice to Tony Serra. Tony’s brother, James and family were also living with them, but Lucille is not their child. It is suspected that there must be another Serra sibling to Tony & James, but as of yet, unknown who that could be. Lucille Hoover is shown as age 13, and born in Ohio.
